About Owe Less

Every single person is entitled to a fair and equitable chance at tax debt resolution. It seems crazy that tax professionals expect people who owe back breaking tax debts to the IRS because of job losses, medical debt or other disasters to pay thousands of dollars for help. This is why Owe Less was created.

How We Work

By carefully creating an easy-to-use questionnaire, Owe Less allows you to process your own paperwork with the IRS. No one knows your situation and needs better than you do. We let you use your own words and experiences to settle your tax debt.

Our Mission

The United State of America was built on the concept of a Fresh Start and the IRS recognizes this. Our program is designed to allow everyone to get a chance at applying for the programs offered at a reasonable price.

Christopher Noble

Christopher Noble started Owe Less to help people get the best results possible at a reasonable price. As a CPA and Enrolled Agent, Christopher Noble is dedicated and uniquely suited to help you achieve your goals. Whether you need help resolving a tax debt with the IRS, perform a cost segregation study or set up a business entity or trust for you, there is no one better to work with.

Christopher Noble went to law school at the University of Arizona and received a Master’s degree from the University of California, Riverside. He worked a litigator in New Mexico before moving to San Diego and focusing exclusively on tax preparation, representation and planning.

After years of working with local CPA firms, he moved to work with Intuit to help develop the tax software used by professionals and taxpayers alike. From this experience, he realized that there was both a market and a need for sorting out your debt services like there are for tax preparation.
